Title 1 District- Skiatook Public Schools is a Title 1 district. The City of Skiatook, Oklahoma is a suburb of Tulsa just minutes from Tulsa’s historic downtown central business district. State Highways 20 and 11 intersect on the east side of Skiatook’s downtown, and State Highway 20 connects Skiatook with US Highway 75 on its east city limits.
