Circus Carnival Teacher Appreciation Week Day Two, it just keeps getting better! At SE we have "Nacho" average teachers! Our PTO served up a RingMaster Feast for lunch! We are also Soda-Lighted to have amazing teachers like we do! We loved our Dirty Soda Bar!

Congratulations to Sianna Lyon and Solomon Lathrop! They received The American Legion School Award from the Skiatook American Legion Post 131. These students are recognized for their high qualities of Courage, Honor, Leadership, Patriotism, Scholarship, and Service.

The 3rd grade student leaders recognized for the month of May at our Lead Like A Bulldog Assembly are Axel Polson, Madison Waggoner, Raylen Wilson, Simeon Tregubenko, Daniel Pickle, Bradley Juby, Kendall Carey, Ronin Patronek, Brendon Sanchez, Preston Adams, & Dax Thompson.
The 2nd grade student leaders recognized for the month of May at our Lead Like A Bulldog Assembly are Jacob Brown, Kyla Kaulaity, Kensley Short, Joey Ficklin, Axel Miller, Konnor Xiong, Zayden Aldana, Lane Crank, Jaxson Dawson, Mia Darling, Elena Teehee, Maislynn Canady, Araina Rowan, Rowdy Hasting, Christy Kirchner, & Lilith King.
Ms. Patterson's class has been learning about prepositions and prepositional phrases. They created tube paper airplanes and flew them 10 times each. They recorded the time, place, & position of the planes. The students loved the assignment and learned hands on about prepositions.

Skiatook Public Schools will be in session May 1st and May 4th as makeup days for the weather-related closures on January 26th and 27th. We look forward to seeing all students at school!

This Friday, May 1st, is the last PTO snack day for the school year. Any remaining balances will roll over to next year.
